Scope Of Work
- Excavation, back fill & compaction using existing spoils and back fill material.
- Furnish and install schedule #40 PVC above and below slab, sanitary waste & vent piping.
- Furnish and install schedule #40 PVC above and below slab, storm water piping and fittings.
- Furnish and install domestic water main piping originating in mechanical room.
- Furnish and install CPVC mains and branch lines for domestic water piping.
- Furnish and install thermal pipe insulation.
- Furnish and install listed fixtures, equipment, materials and accessories.
- Sanitary sewer, domestic and storm water piping shall terminate 5 LF from foundation wall.
- All connections of piping past 5 LF shall be the responsibility of others.
- Flush system and sterilize domestic water piping.
- Testing sanitary sewer piping, above & below slab.
