Scope Of Work
The Hubbard, or “Hub,” is a mixed-use apartment complex located in the heart of the burgeoning Short North Arts District. Voted “Best Urban Development of 2013” by Columbus Underground, the five-story project includes street-level retail, a 322-space public parking garage, and 68 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Four complementary brownstone units incorporated into the façade of the parking garage successfully activate the Hubbard Avenue streetscape while concealing the parking garage behind.
