Scope Of Work

The addition of a new glass-enclosed lobby added to the exterior of the existing theatre located in Birmingham’s Southside.

Changing the face of a historic theatre, this 16,000-square-foot project remained under construction throughout multiple plays and performances. As is common with many historical renovations, challenges were faced throughout construction. This project doubled the space of their lobby which alleviates the crowds of sold-out shows. The new exterior signage gives this theatre the prominence it deserves.
