Scope Of Work
Pike provided construction management at risk services for the construction of a new lacrosse center at the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York. The new lacrosse center is approximately 15,000 SF split between two floors. The building is located on the northeast corner of Michie Stadium.
The first floor of the new facility contains lockers rooms for men’s and women’s lacrosse teams inclusive of toilet and shower areas. The first floor also contains coaches’ locker rooms, equipment and athletic training rooms. The equipment rooms, with rolling stack storage system and laundry room, includes a training room with six treatment/taping tables, a physician’s office, ice machine and a Grimm dual (hot/cold) therapy pool.
The second floor contains team rooms that open to the scenic second floor terrace overlooking the stadium, multi-purpose rooms and public toilets.
