Scope Of Work
Pike provided construction management at risk services for the renovation and expansion of the University Health Services Facility at Cornell University.
Phase I of the project included a new 66,000 SF southwest addition that took place while the existing facility remained intact and operational. Phase II included a 30,000 SF renovation of the existing building. Phase III integrated the common space tie-on areas from Phase I and Phase II.
The project was awarded the Associated General Contractors (AGC) 2017 Excellence in Partnering Award as well as American Concrete Institute (ACI) Silver award for Excellence in Concrete.
