This project consisted of commissioning of the new Pirch retail store at 200 Lafayette Street. Skyline was tasked with ensuring that the HVAC system was installed and operating as designed. Our scope of services included commissioning of heat pumps, exhaust fans, and fan powered boxes. Also included in the commissioning for this project was testing of the operation of the kitchen exhaust systems. Skyline worked closely with the mechanical and balancing contractor to ensure that proper air and water balancing was achieved within the design parameters.
