St. David’s School, New York City: Saint David’s School is a 400-student school spread across three historic townhouses on New York’s Upper East Side. The completed 100,000 sf campus design includes 2 gymnasiums, state-of-the-art exercise and fitness rooms, a 300-seat performance space, science labs, art studios, music rooms, libraries, classrooms and an expanded dining room and chapel.
US Corp of Engineers, Walter Reed Research Facility, Forrest Glen Maryland, Largest and most diverse biomedical facility in the Department of Defense. WRAIR fosters and performs biomedical research for the DoD and the US Army.
Corn Exchange, New York City: Conversion of dilapidated historic landmark from 1883 into a LEED certified, 7 story facility to include retail and commercial office spaces. The building was fully upgraded with a new MEP/FP building infrastructure.

One World Observatory – 1 World Trade Center, NY: Direct special inspection agency of infrastructure and fit out of the highest occupied space in the Americas. The project included structural steel and concrete for a new escalator, full service kitchen and dining area, as well as an observation deck.
Goldman Sachs – Portfolio Design Team Leader: Lead design team for projects at Sears Tower, 1 NY Plaza, 85 Broad Street, 180 Maiden Lane, 32 Old Slip, Carteret Data Center, and 10 Hanover Street.
