Scope Of Work
Built on the beautiful Prive Island in Aventura Florida, Prive Sales Center was an 8000 sq foot new construction on the water. Construction included: excavation, foundation, framing, office built out, kitchen built out, bathroom built out, new paved parking lot and landscape areas around the center.
