Scope Of Work
The creation of this facility brought 100 jobs to the Mebane area.
This plant for plastic injection mold products includes a 10-ton crane, as well as multiple material and equipment mezzanines. The facility produces a range of trays, table service/display items, storage, shelving, merchandising and insulated transport products.
Site work includes Norfolk Southern mainline railroad track expansion and building specific rail spur construction.
This building can be expanded up to more than 500,000 SF, and currently contains 10,000 SF of office space.
