Caleb started Cleanstart in 2002 after working with several national and regional cleaning companies. The vision for Cleanstart was birthed out of a frustration for the way his previous employers handled and managed their businesses. Caleb’s goal was to provide affordable cleaning rates and excellent customer service. Owning Cleanstart has allowed him the privilege of raising his two beautiful daughters and being part of all aspects of their lives. Caleb’s continued enthusiasm for his business and his “commitment to customer satisfaction” has been his motto for the past fifteen years.

Tracy has been in and around the cleaning industry since starting his first company in 1995. He is the father of three children, two boys, and a beautiful daughter. Tracy handles all the operations end of Cleanstart from customers to payroll. He has played a vital role in the success of Cleanstart. Tracy’s hobbies include mountain biking, working out and being a faithful and loving father and husband to his family.

Erika is one of Cleanstart’s outstanding operations managers. She lives with her husband Javier and is a mother to three children. Erika has worked for Cleanstart since 2016 and is a loyal, hardworking member of our team. Not only does Erika take on the demanding job of helping manage 40 employees, she also has beaten cancer and truly exemplifies a personality that does not back down. Erika enjoys arts and crafts along with spending time with her family and work. Cleanstart is grateful to have Erika on our team.

Jordan Ary is our Special Projects Manager at Cleanstart. He has been with the company for three years now and has shown exceptional work ethic and drive for customer satisfaction in all aspects of his work. Cleanstart has always appreciated his ability to accomplish any job he is presented with and solve any problem that is thrown his way. Outside of his job here with us you will find Jordan spending time with his children and loved ones. Jordan stays active by hiking in the pacific northwest and hitting the gym whenever he can. Jordan has also been cutting hair for quite a while, and who knows, maybe cutting his coworker’s hair will be added to his job description.

Patty is one of Cleanstart’s dedicated, hardworking operations managers. She lives with her husband, Obed, and son, Jobed, who she provides for and loves. Patty demonstrates who she is by her umblemished and preeminent work, she strives to give her upmost and professional attitude at the work place. Her favorite hobbie is working out and spending time with her family. Cleanstart appreciates Patty’s outstanding attitude and loves having her on our team.

Havalah is Cleanstart’s outside sales representative. Daughter of Caleb Ferling, she has grown up tagging along with dad to appointments since she was a little kid. She is now hitting the field independently with her friendly, outgoing personality. Havalah is married to her high school sweet heart, Dylan Pitzer. She enjoys reading, cooking, the outdoors, and good conversation. Havalah has a big heart for Jesus, family and adventure. She has been a joyful addition to the Cleanstart team.
