Scope Of Work

The new three-story hotel encompasses 98 guest rooms, a front desk, and lobby, administrative offices, a business center, meeting room, lounge area, laundry facility, restaurant with pantry and food prep, a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool with spa, and landscaping.

Permitting delays caused work to fall four months behind schedule. We recovered over 14 lost weeks by revising workloads and asserting concentrated subcontractor management.
