Bernards replaced the original builder to complete construction of this three-story, 120-room Marriott Hotel, located in the community of Thousand Oaks. Features of the hotel complex include a lobby with a public fireplace, a bar and restaurant, an exercise room, business center, meeting rooms, and an outdoor pool.
Managing Tight Schedules
Working within tight schedule parameters, the Bernards team was able to meet the client’s goal of opening the hotel to the public during the peak travel season.
