Scope Of Work
Bernards constructed this new three-story, wood frame hotel for Marriott, located in the Santa Clarita Valley at the busy intersection of the 5 and the 126 freeways.
The 83,380 SF hotel complex consists of 140 guest rooms and suites, a lobby with restaurant and bar, exercise room, meeting rooms with internet hook-ups, a gated swimming pool and spa, parking for guests and staff, and landscaping.
