Scope Of Work
Bristlecone Construction was selected as the General Contractor to renovate the iconic former Playboy Club’s rooftop deck and pool at the Warwick Hotel in the heart of Denver.
The new stainless steel pool was raised 16 floors for installation with a 300T crane. Pool deck replacement and amenity space improvement was included in the project scope.
