The 102,000 SF Pegasus Hotel project is a 165-unit building located at 37th and Walnut in Denver. The independent hotel blurs the lines between hotel and home where the space will allow for flexible lengths of stay form a nightly, weekly option on several floors, to a monthly or yearly option on others. Rooms will include a multi-functional lofted bed, pull-out sofa, and a coffee table/ottoman. All rooms will be equipped with full kitchens, friendly features, and high-tech entertainment equipment.
