Scope Of Work
Bristlecone Construction was selected by Real Architecture to construct the Jefferson Park Apartments, an $11m, 72-unit, 5-story multifamily development near the popular Highlands Neighborhood.
This project features 2 podium decks for the parking structure with wood framing at levels 2 through 4. The first floor features high end retail with two additional floors of market rate apartments and a spectacular rooftop deck. This project features an almost full brick veneer façade.
