Bristlecone Construction was the General Contractor for Alpine Investment’s $15m Edge LoHi Condo project in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood.
The 5-story building will have 44 for sale units and 4,200 SF of ground floor retail/community serving space for the Lower Highlands neighborhood.
