Scope Of Work
Art District Flats is an 8-story mixed-use development located in the heart of the Santa Fe Art District in Denver, Colorado. Within the building there is a community kitchen, fitness area, rooftop patio, ground floor commercial space, and 126-micro apartments to achieve affordability within a desirable neighborhood.
Special care was taken by the developers and the design team to preserve the culture of the Santa Fe Art District surrounding the building. Artwork from local artists is incorporated throughout the building.
