Scope Of Work
Trinity Construction was hired to rebuild the entire interior of the office space to make more offices and to renovate the entire exterior of the property.
General Contractor for the entire build out. Design, Demo, structural, framing, HVAC, Plumbing, Electric, Carpentry, flooring, insulation, drywall, painting, fabrication, windows, cabinetry, finishes, kitchen fit out.
General Contractor and management for the entire build out, oversaw, coordinated, and planed the entire project from start to finish.
Designed the new conceptual and final layouts in house. Obtained all permits and hosted all inspections.
Demo, removed all existing interior walls, fixtures, and finishes to gut the property back to studs ready for rebuild.
Exterior, removed all the existing exterior siding and installed new Hardie Board panels, built new decks, stairs, ramps and railing for the property. Reworked the whole front façade of the building to make the entryway more aesthetically pleasing.
Structural, removed a section of the wall between the two sides of the building and created a new archway for access to and from both sides.
Framing, framed all interior walls as per the new proposed layouts using wood studs.
HVAC, reworked the existing heating and ventilation systems throughout the building and installed a new furnace and AC system, ran all new duct lines, supply and return and installed new thermostats.
Plumbing, reworked the existing plumbing lines to accommodate the new layout using pex and PVC piping. Installed all new kitchen fixtures.
Electric, installed a new 200-amp panel.
Carpentry, installed all new trim, stairs, doors, cabinetry, and millwork for the building throughout.
Flooring, installed all new tile, carpet and hardwood flooring throughout the building.
Insulation, installed all new insulation throughout the building on all floors, ceilings, and walls.
Drywall, hung, taped, and finished all drywall throughout the building.
Painting, painted all wall surfaces, ceilings and trim work including all the doors for the building.
Windows, removed some of the existing windows in the property and installed new windows.
