Tim Harrell's Bio
Tim Harrell, Sr., is the President, CEO and founder of Environmental Building Services Inc. He takes a vision and makes it a reality through sound strategy and development. His clients range in diversity from Sentara Health Systems throughout the Hampton Roads area as well as a broad range of construction contractors such as Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, Dow Construction, and CT Darnell Construction vacillating in the areas of Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia. Mr. Harrell is a resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia, he is married to LaRose Harrell of thirty-four (34) years and they boast of three children, Tim Jr., Terrell, Janell, and three grandchildren. (Timera, Azaiah and Taleya).
His clients appreciate his conventional perspectives, and the depth of his “real world” executive experience. He is known amongst his peers and within the community for his extensive background in business networking which has yielded his membership in the Building Services Contractors Association International. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Theology from Norfolk Theological Seminary and College as well as Certifications in Leadership on the “Club Level” as an Executive Director from the John Maxwell Team. Known as the “The Leadership Specialist of Hampton Roads, he urges others to, “Be passionate about your work. Leaders must demonstrate commitment to the goals of the company.”

Sheriene Harris's Bio
Sheriene Harris, Resource Office Manager: Sheriene is the mitochondria or backbone of the family. Sheriene brings oversight to the human resources management division, the administrative support team, the day to day operations of the office, and the financial management division. She carries a love for all things administrative and strives to produce an optimistic and creative atmosphere within the EBS office. As a native New Yorker and a graduate from Liberty University she is no stranger to hard work, her determination and pragmatic nature allows her to serve the departments with excellence. When things happen throughout the day that may shift the scale, she always tells her staff, “When things go wrong, don’t go with it!”
Terrell Harrell's Bio
As the District Supervisor in the Special Projects division, Terrell manages several construction clean-up service projects within the Hampton Roads, North Carolina and Georgia area. He oversees the general laborers, rough clean-up and final clean-up of the construction service projects for his area. He believes in a job well done and will not leave a site until he knows that it is done the right way, the EBS Way. Terrell is known for his “Creative Mind,” he believes that, “The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in comfort and convenience but where he stands in times of challenge and controversy.”

Kevin Harris's Bio
Kevin operates in the Special Projects division as well overseeing several construction clean-up service projects within the Hampton Roads area, Dare County and Charlottesville area. He supervises the general laborers, rough clean-up and final clean-up of the construction service projects for his area. He has an extensive background in customer relations which yields his philosophy in making sure it is a “Job Well Done”. In his Memphis tone, you will often hear him say, “No one has ever been able to pick themselves up by their bootstraps, we always need someone, or the term team would not exist.”
Kyra Harris's Bio
Kyra did an internship with Environmental Building Services and after a few years made history by being the youngest Administrative Assistant to work for the company. Kyra supports the team by assisting the supervisors with travel preparation for out of town jobs, customer relations and plans business events for the company. Along with her above duties, you will typically find Kyra in or Training Center facilitating the module instruction of potential candidates for employment. Nothing makes her happier than working with her co-workers with the day to day operations. Kyra loves to say, “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning how to dance in the rain.”
Marie Grimes's Bio
Marie, a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is no stranger to the world of administration. She is a direct liaison to the operations supervisors by assisting the team with their daily reporting process, management of the ExakTime Connect system along with many other daily duties. Marie brings her wisdom and charisma to the pioneering office of Environmental Building Services. In her experience she says, “Love paints a pretty picture that cannot be erased!”
Stacy Wilson's Bio
Stacy brings support to the operations team as well as manages the front desk of the EBS office. She is our document management specialist as well as assists in the onboarding stages of the hiring process. Her organizational skills are phenomenal, and she has the ability to always bring a smile to everyone who comes through the door. Stacy is a devoted mom of three and is always willing to take on a new task no matter the challenge. Her love of laughter coins one of her favorite sayings, “Life is what you make it.”
