Scope Of Work

The Historic Pike Road School project consisted of renovations to two separate buildings along with adding new infrastructure for the site. New infrastructure consisted of storm drainage piping, a retention pond, sanitary sewer piping, sewage treatment stations, gas service, phone service, and electrical services. Renovations consisted of structural repairs, new mechanical/electrical/fire suppression systems throughout, new building envelope insulation package, new finishes such as doors/windows, drywall, flooring, painting, etc., and restoration to existing wood floors and ceilings.
