Vantage Maintenance is a family owned and operated company. My wife and two sons started the business, since 2001 Vantage Maintenance Services has been serving the DFW area. We specialize in commercial cleaning, post construction final cleaning and make ready cleaning.  We are a fully insured, State Certified HUB and NCTRCA company.  Available on regular basis or short notice, seven days a week, daytime and evening schedules. We use the latest techniques, modern equipment and can supply certified green cleaning products should you request them.

Vantage Maintenance operates in the Cleaning industry.  This entails cleaning building interiors, and windows. Work in the cleaning industry can include a multitude of activities such as, contract cleaning services for factories, retail outlets, shopping centers, malls, business government offices, the cleaning of University dorms as well as other college campus buildings as well as house-cleaning services. 

Post Construction, we seek customers as they are building, remodeling, or adding on to their Facility. By using construction data, we market our services to attract customer to the company during the construction process, usually before others. We feel this unique approach to marketing our service to these groups is by using Bluebook, Bid Clerk and ISQFT Construction Data to contact our potential customers during the planning and design stage of their new building.
