Scope Of Work
This project is a new two-story, 135,000 SF intermediate school for 5th & 6th grade students. Hazel Point is one of the two new intermediate schools being built in Marion. Both schools are identical and have the same substantial completion date. This project features a 9,900 SF gymnasium with precast panels. The classroom areas mirror each other and make-up the parts of the building where it is two stories.
The project also includes reworking the existing bus loop for the elementary school to the east. As well as expanding the existing sidewalk to the south of the elementary school toward the baseball complex.
