Scope Of Work
WCC took the former Dirty Drummer on Scottsdale and Thomas Roads and transformed it into a showroom for Phoenix online mattress upstart Tuft & Needle. SimonCRE hired Synectic Design to design the exterior, which completely modernized it to resemble smooth stucco. Back-lit aluminum panels added to the look. WCC was also responsible for the interior tenant improvement work. A key aspect of the work was the wood panel wall system which WCC self-performed .
