Scope Of Work
We were originally contracted to pour footings, walls, floors, stoops and to do the masonry work for an addition to the existing building. As part of our original scope, we were also planning on removing the existing masonry. The General Contractor then asked if we would be interested in doing the dirt work, so we also took on the excavation work. In the permitting process with the City of Hutchinson, a firewall was became a requirement, so that has also been added that to our scope of work for this project.
