Our Story
Prior to 1980 David Paige’s company Dependable Sanitation Inc. represented A-Z Office Trailer Leasing, by managing a storage yard and a fleet of office trailers in Rock Hill New York. When A-Z sold their business in 1979 the new owner, GE Capital, was not interested in the Rock Hill location. Realizing how well the office trailer business worked with, Dependable Sanitation, a portable toilet rental company, David Paige established Dependable Field Office. David’s goal was to create a unique company that would have all the necessary components to fill the different demands of the companies he would be supplying.
David created Dependable Field Office with a clear concept of doing all work in-house by a staff under his management. The company covers delivery, setup, repairs and modifications as well as customer support, design and consulting. To add to the company’s capabilities and on-time delivery policy the sixteen-acre yard that A-Z leased was purchased and a customer equipment storage component was added to Dependable’s in-house modification work.
The motto of the company, from day one, was to handle jobs of any, size both large and small, with the same attention to detail and importance. Private enterprises such as construction companies, factories or manufacturing facilities as well as schools, local and state government projects all receive 100% attention.
Unlike salesmen that make commissions on sales or rentals, with Dependable Field Office you deal with the owner who oversees all the aspects of the corporation and makes sure every customer’s needs are met to the fullest.
In addition, during the past thirty years Dependable Field Office has developed a relationship with a key factory that has manufactured our quality rental, sale, and custom units. Since we started.. This unique relationship allows us to determine production and delivery timings with great precision. In addition David Paige’s thirty-five year background as a general contractor contributes to our ability to modify equipment with very high standards for a wide variety of applications. We take pride in the high quality of restoration work done by our staff.
Dependable Field Office has provided modular classrooms for schools during expansions and renovations, provided offices, and offices and storage facilities for use as both temporary and permanent structures.
