Scope Of Work
Customer had a water drainage problem and water started collecting next to the building. Over a 3 year time frame the concrete started sinking and had actually sank 3 to 4 inches. Customer had already looked at tear out and replace options. When I presented my proposal with the time frame of having it fixed within 3 days the excepted. After the project was completed the client was ecstatic, very pleased.
