Scope Of Work
One building was a mold remediation and the other was an electrical renovation. When both buildings were completed we saved the owners over $730,000. Both of these two buildings were estimated total $1.4 million worth of work. Each building consisted of 10 units each, totaling 20 units completed in addition to all common areas.
