Scope Of Work
We had to work on a compressed time schedule and double our crew size and production to meet new deadlines laid down halfway through the interior phase of painting. While adjusting to that new reality (5 working days to paint millwork per 16 unit floor versus the scheduled 10), there were setbacks imposed by other trades, and supplier issues with the counters, sinks, and light fixtures, that meant that we had to spray millwork in an environment littered with other trades. The PM, Ted Clevenger, did a great job coordinating work between the trades that had to be in our painting area, and at the end of the day, we delivered a super high-quality job, commensurate with our residential work, that was on budget, and ON TIME!
