SFV Services was born of two separate businesses that encompassed a singular need; Predictable pricing and quality at a national level from construction to maintenance.
LLGC was established in 2006 to ensure that our national clients received standardized pricing, quality construction, cost time deliveries and design consistency while maintaining their retail expansion and/or remodel schedule(s).
Found we could provide these services by utilizing their surplus of highly motivated, talented and eager construction tradesmen. These skilled individuals travel as needed and we cover the entire continental US. Our clients eliminated the need for multiple General Contractors; their overhead, markups and delays.
Our clients requirements for facilities management led to the creation of SFV (Sales, Furnish & Verify, LLC) in 2009. SFV handled all the day-to-day repair and maintenance issues of our client’s facilities (glass breakage, HVAC, lock changes, etc).
In 2011 we merged both companies to form SFV Services.
Now, having performed work in over 40 states for various major retailers, restaurants, franchisees, and landlords, we have created a full service option for our client’s ever-evolving needs.
