Scope Of Work
Blackhawk began the interior renovations to 72 apartments at Southbank Apartments of Tempe, Arizona in December of 2021. The first two batches, totaling 16 apartments, have been completed. The project is owned by Prime Capital Investments and managed by Asset Living. In addition to typical unit renovations including flooring, paint, drywall, fixtures, tub resurfacing, countertops, and appliances, we will be installing washers and dryers in all units.
