Scope Of Work
Blackhawk Construction took this house down to the studs and completely remodeled this 4,041 SF single level 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. The completed project includes two huge living rooms, gourmet kitchen with double islands, large master bedroom with sitting area and a spacious master bath. All systems were replaced including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. The home features high end fixtures and finishes throughout.
Exterior improvements include a new self opening gate, remote operated, new landscaping, pavers, built-in BBQ and artificial turf, new block fence, RV gate, and a new roof.
