Scope Of Work
This renovation project involves the renovation of 7 buildings and 28 units. Project scope included interior and exterior demolition, complete interior renovations including new finishes, fixtures, doors/windows, paint, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. Additional scope included exterior concrete sidewalks & curbs, parking lot striping, ADA ramps, and new patio canopies.
Blackhawk Construction, LLC performed phased construction for this project. As each building was completed, residents were moved out of the next building. All other buildings remained occupied during construction.
