Scope Of Work
project scope included interior remodeling and upgrades to 130 units, consisting of one and two bedroom floor-plans. The interior upgrades were completed in “batches” of up to 20 apartments in order to accommodate leasing efforts. Interior renovations included demolition, drywall repairs, refinishing of all bathtubs, new plumbing and electrical fixtures, paint, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and appliances. Additionally, the entire plumbing system was replaced in both occupied and unoccupied units.
