Scope Of Work
This project included the gut and renovation of three existing apartment buildings providing 12 new apartments. Each building received completely new interior construction including mechanical and electrical systems, metal stud framing, insulation, drywall, entry and interior doors, windows, cabinets, and finishes. The other apartment buildings on the campus remained occupied during construction.
