Scope Of Work
This project involved the conversion of an existing lounge and office area to a fitness center and leasing office. The entire building layout was changed. The 1500 square foot building was remodeled within an occupied apartment community. Blackhawk is also remodeling the apartments under separate contract. Completed in two months, the project scope included flooring, doors, paint, lighting, and mechanical, plumbing and electrical.
