Scope Of Work
Since it was originally constructed in 1970, this apartment community had seen very little maintenance and upkeep. It was the intent of the new owner to increase the value of the development by performing a total rehabilitation and modernization. Blackhawk Construction, LLC performed construction services in a design-assist capacity.
The upgrades included complete interior demolition and remodeling of all units. New laundry rooms were added to each unit making them self-sufficient. The exterior upgrades included a new roof, landscaping, new electrical service to all apartments, exterior paint, and parking lot repairs.
The remodeled apartment community now offers contemporary units with high-end finishes.
