Scope Of Work

Originally constructed in 1981, this apartment community consists of 200
units within 17 buildings.

The project scope includes interior remodeling and upgrades to all units,
complete renovation of the leasing office and both laundry rooms. The units
consist of studio, one, and two bedroom floor-plans. The interior upgrades
are completed in “batches” of up to 20 apartments in order to accommodate
leasing efforts. Interior renovations include demolition, drywall repairs,
refinishing of all bathtubs, new plumbing and electrical fixtures, paint, cabinets,
countertops, flooring, and appliances.

The exterior upgrades are extensive and include complete roof replacement,
new HVAC, site fencing, carport repair, parking lot renovations, exterior
paint, swimming pool remodel, and remodel of the south entertainment
area.
