Scope Of Work
Ground up 10,000 square foot stand alone retail building, combined with select demolition and rehabilitation of a 6,000 square foot existing retail building and tenant fit out of an 8,000 square foot existing building. The site package included 6 parking areas to facilitate the 3 acre development.
