Scope Of Work
Work consists of renovating the existing AV Closet Room 330 to
become an office. Demolition includes removal of the existing door and frame, removal of
a portion to receive a new door/sidelite. Construction consists of adding a
new door/sidelite, infilling the partition (door removal part), and adding power and data for
a new wall-mounted monitor. Finish work includes repairing existing flooring and painting
partitions. Mechanical and electrical work is included. Structural work is not required.
