Scope Of Work
Building B, Second Floor: Work consists of the demolition and fitting out of laboratory, office and support space. Construction consists of interior partitions, finishes, ceilings,
installing casework, equipment, flooring, doors, hardware, plumbing, lab gas piping, mechanical, electrical, fire protection systems as indicated on the drawings. Work is in
occupied spaces and is divided into two sequential phases. There is no structural work.
