Scope Of Work
The Jonathan M. Nelson Center project was a design build project whereas Pezzuco Construction, Inc. was retained as the Design Build Construction Management (CM) firm. In collaboration with the architectural firm (3SIX0) architects as well as consultants and the Brown University team this project created workspaces for entrepreneurship students to collaborate, huddle and learn. The work spaces incorporate moveable panels that create different working environments to meet the needs of the students as well as the staff.
