Scope Of Work

Project Description: Single family waterfront home located on the East Shore of Jamestown. Overlooking the Newport Bridge and Naval War College, this elegant 3 story Greco-Roman Villa catches the eye of any passers by. This home spared no amenities with built in coffee makers and ice machines throughout, radiant heat and a great room like no other. The landscape accentuates the home with herb gardens, a gazebo, outdoor kitchen and an infinity pool overlooking Narragansett Bay.

Work Performed: Construction management of the project from the pouring of the foundation to the laying of the sod. We conducted the electricians, carpenters, masons and landscapers to perform the job with the utmost precision and craftsmanship. We self performed most of the finish work to ensure the best quality of the finished product. We kept in sync with the owner to make sure he was up to date on every aspect and we understood his every need.

Unique Construction Aspects: Customized mosaic flooring in the front foyer. Remote Control operated dropdown painting over the television in the great room. Outdoor kitchen with granite countertops and refrigerator brings the kitchen atmosphere to the outdoors. An infinity pool with a wet bar installed gives an unobscured view of the bay while relaxing in the pool. An enclosed grotto with a built in Jacuzzi and stone masonry surrounding the foundation of the home giving a more historic look. A cascading fountain at the front stairwell ties the bay into the structural element of the home.
