Scope Of Work
This magnificent villa situated on the historic Cliff Walk of Newport, RI accentuates the Easton’s Beach coastline and surrounding houses. Located in the Mansion District of Newport it stands firm with its Mediterranean landscape and its beautiful Spanish facade while still maintaining the warmth of a home.
The project consisted of ground up construction of a Mediterranean style home with a terra cotta tiled roof and cement stucco exterior. This 3 Bedroom, 3 bath single family home uses radiant heat throughout to conserve energy and promote a more comfortable atmosphere. The Ipe deck on the second floor overlooking Easton’s Beach is the highlight of the house with a direct view of the sunrise over Easton’s Point. Custom interior trim throughout adds a unique ambiance to this Mediterranean home in New England.
