Scope Of Work
The Dylan consists of 184 luxury units ranging from 681 to 1,221 sq. ft. with five levels above a three-level subterranean concrete parking structure. The Dylan is situated on 1.37 acres with 13,159 sq. ft. of commercial / retail space.
The public pedestrian level includes a mix of retail, restaurants and open-air seating plaza. Exclusive to the residents is a two-story clubhouse and pool with views out over Santa Monica Boulevard and a state of the art fitness facility. On a separate level there is a private courtyard for recreation activities and an expansive rooftop terrace providing an outdoor lounge feel and offering entertainment facilities, BBQ and dining areas and an “under the stars” theatre.
