Crossing Pointe North is a 74,983-sq. ft., four-story, wood-framed Type VA apartment building over a one-level, S-2 parking garage. The 64-unit community for seniors is part of the Crossroads Station transit oriented development area at 104th and Colorado.
The building complies with 2015 International Energy Conservation Code, Section C407: Total Building Performance. Energy modeling predicts 19.0% annual energy cost savings over the 2015 IECC Standard Reference Design.
