Scope Of Work
Building A Proposal
- Provide and install CU-1, CU-2, CU-3 as per plan
- Provide and install FUR-1, FUR-2, FUR-3 as per plan
- Fabricate and install duct work and piping as per plan
- Provide and install EF-1, EF-2, EF-3 as per plan
- Provide and install GRDs as per plan.
- Provide start up for CU-1, CU-2, CU-3, FUR-1, FUR-2, FUR-3 and generate condition report. Any repairs at this time will be at standard rates plus material
- Provide NEBB certified test and balance
- Excludes: Electrical, power/conduit, existing equipment, Refrigeration work, ansul, hood or EMS/BAS control work and gas piping

Add-on: Building C Proposal
- Provide and install CU-4,CU-5 as per plan
- Provide and install FUR-4, FUR-5 as per plan
- Fabricate and install duct work and piping as per plan
