Scope Of Work
- Install owner provided RTU-1, RTU-2 as per plan
- Fabricate and install duct work and piping as per plan
- Install owner provided EF-1, EF-2, EF-3 as per plan
- Install owner provided GRDs as per plan.
- Provide start up for owner provided RTU-1, RTU-2 and generate condition report. Any repairs at this time will be at standard rates plus material
- Provide NEBB certified test and balance
- Excludes: Electrical, power/conduit, existing equipment, Refrigeration work, ansul, hood or EMS/BAS control work and gas piping
