4. Provide and install ductwork/piping as per plan
5. Provide and install GRD's as per plan
6. Provide and install Exhaust Fans EF1, EF2, and EF3 as per plan
7. Provide and install 8"duct through roof as per plan
8. Provide and install 10"duct work as per plan
9. Provide startup on existing RTU's (3) and provide conditions report to BVB - Any repairs found need to be addressed as a time and materials charge.
10. 3rd party test and balance report
11. Project to be completed per drawings, finish schedule and specifications
12. Price includes all permits, equipment, fees, warranty, insurance and taxes?
