Scope Of Work
HVAC Scope of work:
1. Provide new stand alone controls thermostats and temperature sensors. Provide low voltage control wiring for thermostats / controllers.
a. Confirm final location of thermostats with architect / user prior to installation.
3. Provide drops from existing RTU units. Provide HVAC work per plans and specifications on plans. Provide new GRD's, Exhaust fans, new ductwork / insulation, Transfer grilles / ductwork, test and balance.
4. Provide dryer vent and medical gas room venting. Provide exterior louvers / grills for dryer vent and medical gas vent exterior wall penetrations.
5. Provide start up of existing RTU's.
6. Provide any access panels for HVAC work.
7. Provide all submittals by March 15, 2016.
8. Prior to executing sub-contract, sub contractor to walk the existing space and accept the space condition as is for installation of tenant finish work.?
